Hello and welcome to RadixHub! This site is being developed to become a toolbox and a link collection for the historical aspects of the settlements of Hungary - as of 1913. RadixHub tries to help genealogy, family history and local history buffs to find their ways to useful and information sites and pages. Know Linkpendium? This site does it for Hungary, but on the settlement level! Another similar site is ShtetLinks.

This site is in progress. Sorry for the ugly/non-existent design. May the growing content recompensate for the lack of shining look and navigation.

So, what does this site offer now? You can browse gazetteers of Hungary (1877, 1913) and can take a look at the growing list of sources.

Search the 1913 gazetteer of Hungary. You can use regular expressions, e.g. pe.s will find Pécs and Persány, s.*szent will find Zsitvaszentmárton, Sajkásszentiván etc., ^s.*szent will find Sajkásszentiván, but not Zsitvaszentmárton. (more on reg expressions)
